Regenerate clean text from source

Cleanup Process

This will:

Regenerate text_clean from text_with_nikkudot
Remove all nikkudot, cantillation, and ligatures
Delete all auto-generated translations
Fix corrupted data causing missing search results

This will update all verses in the database. Make sure no one else is using the system.
