Discover Hidden Acronyms in the Tanakh
Search for meaningful letter patterns formed by first or last letters of consecutive words in the Hebrew Bible
What is Notarikon?
Notarikon is an ancient Hebrew technique of creating acronyms from the first or last letters of consecutive words. This tool helps you discover these patterns throughout the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible).
Search for any Hebrew letter sequence, and the system will find all occurrences where consecutive words form that pattern. The AI analyzes whether each pattern forms a meaningful word in Biblical Hebrew, Aramaic, or Modern Hebrew. Where word variants exist, called Qere and Ketiv, the written form (Ketiv) is taken into account.
